How do i download tables and background image onto my Legends Pinball Machine

Hi, I just signed up here and am super new at this.  I have a Legends HD Pinball machine and wanted to download a couple of pinball tables onto it from my PC using the HDMI or USB.  I downloaded the Terrifier Zip file here and extracted the files on my PC but I'm lost as to what to do after this to make it work on my machine as i'm not sure what file to open once it's connected to the pinball machine.  Does anyone have a video or something they can share that can walk me through what to do to get it to work on my machine with the background art?  I think for the background light i need a VIBS board which i don't have as everything is out of the box but once i learn how to do 1 or 2 of these the rest I'm sure will be easy
