New windows wipe. Anything I should do different?

I used popper installer and went though setups for future pinball , and others.

Had a backup of some of the tables and settings.

I did not load the settings and wondering if I should do something different this time for setups.

Its been a while since I have had a PC that worked so things may be outdated.

Please any suggestions would be great.
