Pinup popper wheel messed up?

Hello all, im new to this and this is my noob question. Is my wheel supposed to be on the side? THE ONES IVE SEEN HAVE THE ARC. The wheel art looks fine but its the bar that seems to be elongated/ I have gone into displays and adjusted it various ways to avail. Can someone please assist me. Also as you can see the DMD needs to be stretched a bit but ive tried and again nothing. I am saving my setting them exiting but still. I must note im doing single monitor desktop vertical display. Thank You much appreciated for any help
