Hi,

I am not sure if the problem comes from b2s or the pinupplayer. I even updated VPX and vpinMame a while ago, so it might be that the error comes from there.

The error is that some puppacks like sopranos or game of thrones not work anymore. Only the intro is playing. Austin Powers or simpsons pinball party for e.g. still work. DOF always work.

If I open a b2s file, I can see that the flag "active" is set. The button "plugins" is NOT greyed out. Anyway I cannot open it.

A pretty strange behaviour is, that if I hit the plugins button, nothing happens. Then I close the b2s file I used for testing the plugins button and open a table for e.g. Sopranos. Like before the intro of the puppack is playing but now the window plugins is opened. DOF and PinupDriver are active, if I can trust the window. Anyway the puppack is not working. I can only see the Pup-Backglass.

So what I did before I realized that some puppacks are not working anymore:

I updated B2S Server to 2.1.2 and switched the folder for the first time. From Tables to B2SServer. I used RegDllView and removed the tables entry. I re-registered the file in the B2SServer folder. I deleted the files unter the tables folder. Before that I copied the plugin folders to the new B2SServer folder. I still got some unregistered B2S versions in archive files.

In total I think, that I made it the correct way.

So maybe there is something else wrong. I do not understand how the thing work together.

I appreciate any help.

Thanks.

If you start vpx without frontend, load a table without puppack, right click on the backglass, open then menu, click on "plugin settings", does the settings window open? What does it show?

Thanks you for helping me.

Indeed it does open and shows the same PinUPPlayer version if I start a table, the way you described.

If I start a puppack table like sopranos without frontend the puppack issue remains, but I was able to get the same b2s plugin window as above.

However if I just oben a b2s file without loading a table, the plugin button remains unclickable.
This was the way I always tried it. Looks like this is wrong and an expected behaviour of the plugin button?

So, am I right, that b2s does not seem to be the reason for the error? But the PinUpPlayer display driver is the correct version you show.

Sorry the pic is a bit blury.

Thats normal. It looks like your b2s server is installed properly, your plugins too.
Your pupplayer driver seems to work. So, if your PinUpPlayer.ini is correct and you have chosen the right bat file - it should work. Maybe Dr. @Cliffy has an idea?

You mean the bat file for puppack options? I just tested the sopranos again, with topper on BG. However the topper does play. I also tried sending pupevents in the testprogram. I can trigger the sopranos pup.

In general my pinupplayer monitor setting should be right, because futurama, simpsons or austin work correctly.

So there is the ini left. What is it used for? And how should it look like?

Found it !!

Recently I update the dmddevice.ini for serum. I did not see, that PinUp was set to false.

Guess I was confused thinking it is because of b2S and because some puppack worked.

Anyway...thank you for your help @Tikimaster
