Meatballsaucey Posted October 20, 2024 Posted October 20, 2024 Hi Everyone, I just heard that Glen's Retro Show (Maker of the $99.00 GRS Build-A-Cade) is trying to gauge interest in an affordable build your own Vpin kit. Glen's Retro Show has been providing high quality affordable controls and accessories to the home arcade community for many years. In this video Glen is showing off his Scott Sloan 1/6th scale vpins. At the end of the video he is asking if there is interest in the product. All he is asking is to get 10k views and he will start to work on making it a real product. If this interests you please watch the video and share with your friends.
Administrators Dazz Posted October 21, 2024 Administrators Posted October 21, 2024 I love my mini-arcades. Here is my micro-pin.
Content Provider LAROUILLAS Posted October 21, 2024 Content Provider Posted October 21, 2024 (edited) The mini is really great👍, what do you have in it, a raspberry and the price? I find it really very beautiful Edited October 21, 2024 by LAROUILLAS
Rgarriott Posted December 28, 2024 Posted December 28, 2024 Its a no for me. I prefer the real deal as much as possible.
VPUThomas Posted January 10, 2025 Posted January 10, 2025 I'm only interested in 1/6 if the entire item is scaled properly. I'd pass on the tables above as the buttons are huge (relative to the rest of the cabinet). If they sort that out, I'd want them for display alongside my NWT toys.

Buttons any smaller than what's on my Sloan version, would make it unplayable.

I'm not interested in playing it, that's why I have my actual VPin. I want something that is to scale and accurate for display, and in theory, could be played if someone was a masochist.
RabidUrko Posted January 12, 2025 Posted January 12, 2025 Be good if just some even none working small scale models were made, so could put on a shelf as ornaments.
