Most tables launching stuck to my nose, warped and skewed with head movement (out of nowhere)

Not sure what I changed, but before all my tables were working in VR now like 90% are launching stuck to my face, and totally warped; they translate/skew as I move my head, and not actually having me move in space (and them stable) in 3d space like VR if that makes sense. Very odd.

Last time this happened to me was after messing with the POV settings. I deleted the table_name.ini file in the Tables folder. If you run in 2D and 3D mode, it is recommended to have separate folders for tables in 2D and tables in 3D.
