Pup pack videos stopped working

I'm at a bit of a loss here on where to look. I was trying out the Jaws pup pack for the first time and couldn't quite get it working. However, after trying, all of my backglass positions screwed up and I found all backglass locations had somehow been reset to the main screen. I ran the backglass server and repositioned everything correctly. That's all back up and running - but now at the same time all pup pack videos no longer work. In fact I can't even hear them playing. I have all of my files backed up and tried restoring the PinUPSystem folder, but no luck. Everything seems to be working as normal *except* for the pup packs. Does anyone have any advice on what may have happened and how to restore back to what I had? Maybe I'm restoring the wrong folders/files - or there is something registered that is messed up. Thanks!
