Flippers not moving at all

firstoff Thank you to everyone associated w this release   

 im not sure how to make this table work

ive the current everything and table loads fine but after inserting credit the flippers are non responsive

cant get past the start up

 

this is a first for me. not a single other table out of 300+ have this issue

 

any help would be greatly appreciated
