I bought a cabinet with pinup popper pre-installed and FX2, FX3, VX and several other pinball sets. When I switch on the machine it starts like a PC with BIOS, Windows 7 and then the pinup popper interface. There I can choose games with the flipper buttons and the other buttons. I can control the in-built PC and the games with keyboard and mouse, however, only after the start process is complete. How do I get to the interface of pinup popper in the starting process of Windows 7 to add or delete pinball games?

Who did you get a pre-install setup from?  Pre-installed setups, including cabs, hard drives, download packs, get a lot of heat in this hobby as they go against the community standards and rules. I'd contact whomever sold it for initial support... especially if it was someone that sells multiple machines, or a shop, that sold it it to you.
