Problems with displays in ZeDMD

I try to build a ZeDMD without an shield. The two panels are from the ZeDMD wallmount thread and i've got two panels with ICN2037 drivers. I use a standart 38 Pin ESP32 from AZ-Delivery from Amazon. But always I got no ZeDMD Screen ...I always got the picture that I've attached. I checked the cabels on and on...I'm not shure where to start with the diagnose. Are the panels wrong?
