how to modify brightness of ball?

I noticed that some pinball machines VPW has an option to adjust only the brightness of the ball, but is there a tweak to play "classic or simpler" pinballs, with a shiny ball (like in a real pinball machine) because as soon as you lower the day/night... The ball really gets darker! (With a real pinball bar machine, the ball is extremely bright, and at any time of the day or night!.

If I add glow effect, it will add to other elements of the pinball, (as an example: the vpw acdc table has an almost black ball "especially with OLED" but is it easily modifiable for a normal human lol?
Could I edit the ball photo of any table, and correct it with photoshop as I wish?

Open the Image manager of your table - there you will find a picture - in my case - with the name "ball". You can export this pic, or import other ball-pics from other tables with the image-manager and select them, as you see.

 

 

A ball picture is normally a png pic, often with transparent background. Just try it out. Edit your ball in photoshop, re-import the pic into the table and test..
