After requesting a new password using the 'forgot password' link you cannot change your password using the 'My Account' site tools.

It says the password change is successful, but the temporary password remains as the current password on the account.

This would be OK if the temp password didn't expire every 24 hours.

 

This is really annoying! (been that way for quite some time - maybe it's only doing this on my account, but I can't imagine that is the case)

 

ALSO:

 

the password reset link in the e-mail that is sent (http://configtool.vpuniverse.com/ledwiz) is not valid.

and

the link for the bug tracker (http://vpuniverse.com/forums/index.php/tracker/project-6-ledwiz-configtool) on the front page of the tool is also no longer valid.

Similar problem but in my case I don't even receive a password recovery email either in my inbox or in spam. I hope for a solution soon.
