Table lights dim over time

I have been experiencing a strange issue over the past couple of weeks and am wondering if anyone else has seen this too.

 

When I play a table it will be at the correct brightness in regards to the lighting, but over time the lighting will dim until it's maybe 3-4 shades darker after a few minutes of gameplay. It's like someone is dimming the lights. If I close the table and restart, it will be bright again. I checked my VPX settings and I don't have the automatic Day/Night enabled, so I don't think it has anything to do with that.

 

I'm not sure if it's VPX (10.8 RC4) related or VpinMame (3.6 - 929) related, but wanted to see if anyone else in the community has also seen this.
