PinUP Popper System Wheel

I have everything working (on a fresh install of Baller Installer 1.5 plus all updates, and a fresh Windows 10 install), except I can't reset the System Wheel.  There are multiple copies of FP and VPX emulator selections, ALL FP GAME SELECTIONS , and multiple copies of Playlist and  Favorites  Selections are shown on the System Wheel.   The wheel is very large with all these redundant icons to choose from.

 

Other than FP and VPX, all other emulators are not "Active in System."    PopMedia/Default/Wheel/pthumps is correct and contains only the thumps for FP,VPX, and favs.   The FP and VPX emulator pthumps are also OK.    I've clicked Pinup Popper Setup ,Global Settings ,Game/Wheel Toolbar, "Reset All Thumps" several times.

 

I'm at a loss as what to do to cleanup the System Wheel to contain only VPX,FP,and favs selections.  Seems to me there is a cache someplace that is getting populated somehow for the System Wheel, or I'm missing something.   This is very annoying with everything else working.
