phlepper Posted August 7, 2024 Posted August 7, 2024 I've created a pinball cabinet using mjrnet (and some other sources) and I am using arnoz's RigMaster, Mollusk, and Mos'Light for my flasher LEDs. I've got everything set up and working well, but my flasher LED's are too bright for the location and I'd like to reduce their brightness a bit. I don't see anything in the PinscapeConfigTool to change them and looking online, I can't seem to find if there is a way to reduce the brightness via DOF configuration. I also don't see anything for a "brightness" setting on the configtool.vpuniverse.com page. I did find the DOFconfigtoolclient which has an "rgb_brightness" option, but it gives me an error when I try to apply the "tweaks" and looking online, it appears it hasn't been updated in over 4 years, so it may be dead or obsolete at this point. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
buffdriver Posted August 11, 2024 Posted August 11, 2024 I haven't tried this myself, so this is just a hunch. On the DOF Config Tool website under the Port Assignments tab, there is a section on the right part of the page called "Custom Brightness". You might try dialing your flasher setting down there and see if it scales everything down a bit. Hope this helps!
