DOF problems

havnt used my machine for 5 years was working ok  until i formated win 10 , been trying to work out for 4 weeks what im doing wrong followed so may youtube videos the problem is all my files seem to be what i thort was in the right  place when i scroll the menu ect all my dof lighting works great which was because i changed false in popper script  to true that was easy  so the front end was working , but when i go to load a table they turn off ,which is normal  but when the table loads and i start to play nothing all lights gone im at a loss did many formats and reinstall thinking it was software  on my pc and installed baller installer which know  seems a big mistake .please help if possible
