Help Needed: PUPLOG.txt is not being generated/updated

I upgrade to VPX 10.8 recently and have it setup to run 32 bit or 64 bit as needed.  Tables in question are all working smooth and I decided to add a few table alternates with PUP packs.  So I started with Tales from the Crypt.  I’m clearly on getting partial triggers of video here and there.  However, I am only seeing a small portion of what should be triggering - for example no ball drain videos are triggering.  When looking into thing I can see that my PUPLOG.txt is not being updated (and hasn’t updated for several months).  I’ve been through typical things recommended by nailbuster but can’t get anything to change.  Still no PUPLOG.txt generation.  Need help/recommendations

Update…. I’ve tries about everything I can think of trying.  I’m fairly convinced my issue is with PUPDMDControl.exe not working correctly for me.   I still not getting a PUPLOG.txt created and when looking into what triggers when playing various tables I am not getting and of the “D” triggers (DMD) to fire and thereby launch the respective Pup Video.  The example table I mentioned above fires the “solenoid” S trigger from the tables fine but that’s an only a small fraction of the triggers.  

 

Perhaps this post should be under “Installation Issues” but I started it here.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.  Thanks
