Problem: Intrusive fullscreen ads on the site

Hello,

 

I noticed that intrusive fullscreen ads are sometimes popping up on the Virtual Pinball Universe site (sometimes in the middle of viewing a page, not just on page load).

 

This is a major problem that I think needs rectified. Not only is it very annoying, but Search Engines (especially Google) may actively penalize VPU for having those types of ads. (EDIT: Caught one. The attached is one that popped up when I was using the private message system).

 

EDIT 2: Apparently this is not limited to VP Universe. Other sites using the Google Ad platform are having the same problem. This is very frustrating. We should ideally take this to Google.
