I wanted to join the Discord server, but there is no invitation link that other servers have where you just click and join. Why? Discord asks me to log in again (although I am already logged in)...and there is a warning that logging in will not only give the owner of VPUniverse access to my user name and avatar, but can access my email address and join servers for me. I don't know why this is displayed. Never had something like this with other Discord servers. I don't want to give VPU access to my Discord so that the owner can join any server without asking me or maybe without knowing me. Why isn't there a normal link such as https://discord.gg/somerandomletters ?

I recently joined this site and would like to join the Discord, but when clicking the invite link it says I need to verify my account first. Does some sort of verification need to happen on the VPUniverse side or Discord? Do I need to be a supporting member of VPUniverse to join?
