This has been popping up at random times more often lately. 

First started to notice this  on VPX RC3, I am currently on RC4.

I did a system memory scan, and drive scan and everything comes up ok.

 

This can happen at first launch of VPX, right before table loads, after table loads, when exiting. 

It does not happen any other time with any other program.  Completely random.

   

 

Any info / help would be much appreciated .
