chriss4198 Posted June 12, 2024 Posted June 12, 2024 Hey all! So, having issues with Shaker activation through my KL25Z. Everything has been working fine for 3 years, but after a double power outage, the shaker isn't powering on. When testing though pinscape, I can hear it try to power on but short of the buzzing, nothing is happening. First thing I did was change outputs...to no avail. Went ahead and bought another shaker...to no avail. All of my solenoids are working properly, so I am perplexed. Perhaps a shortage of power? I am using Cleveland Software designs awesome 12v 10A supply, and it appears to be working properly. All wiring is correct as well as it hasnt been changed. Any advice would be so appreciated! jeremyweber Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Having the same issue essentially. Where I can not get the shaker to work. Were you able to solve it? I have checked the fuses for continuity and purchased a replacement csd motor controller. Tested the shaker with a bench top power supply so I know it works. curious on how your boards are wired together as well.
jeremyweber Posted October 18, 2024 Posted October 18, 2024 Figure out my issue... I was missing a jumper on the board that enabled the output to the motor controller.
