Dual DMD in Pinup Popper

How would i go about using 2 external DMDs to work with Pinup Popper?? I want to purchase a Pixelcade DMD to use with Mame, Pinup Popper, Big Box but I want just a normal 1920x720 12.3 inch screen thatll work with with Pinball M since it only works with the LCD screens. How would I go about setting the LCD sceen to Pinball M and setting the other DMD to the other tables? Thanks!!
