I can't add Wheel art to any more playlists

I have 11 playlists running in Popper. After the 8th one, any wheel artwork I try to add does not appear, and I just get the generic Bullet List icon. Backglass and playfield art works fine (have not tried DMD).

 

Any idea what could be causing this, or how to correct?

Update: Confirmed that it is just images of my own (drag and drop) that aren't being applied, even though they appear in the list and the field turns green. The web search tool within the app adds the images properly.
