VPX - ActiveX component can’t create object: FlexDMD.FlexDMD

Hi, I have a problem with VPX and tables that have a dependency on FlexDMD and UltraDMD which I can’t seem to resolve, as getting the same message with UltraDMD as well. I have focussed on FlexDMD for now as I understand it should cover UltraDMD games as well. FlexDMD tool states setup, paths and registration settings all ok and have re-installed. I am sure it’s a setup issue but going nowhere fast. Any help would be appreciated.

get the latest 1.9.1 flexdmd from vincents github

https://github.com/vbousquet/flexdmd/releases/tag/1.9.1

unzip to vpinmame folder, overwrite, run flexdmdui.exe, click register make sure all green checkmarks
