PIN2DMD newbie help needed

I am a complete newbie to the virtual pinball world but have spent last 4 months building a cabinet from scratch and are now trying to install using latest Baller. No matter what I try and read across the forums is how to get my PIN2DMD DMD working. For what ever reason it just won’t run as expected and I have install clean versions of Windows 10 and 11 to try and get it to work. It is all good as far as Windows device manager, it powers on as expected but no matter what I try with DMD tools I cannot get it for run….any suggestions as to how to validate it’s ok at a Windows level e.g test tool outside of virtual pinball environments that I could run to validate it’s a good DMD (btw purchased from Retrocity and I know they have a good rep). Thanks for any help that can be offered here
