X-Files (Sega 1997) Siggis Mod Update

This is an update of X-Files Siggis Mod version which was an update of TastyWasps table that was based on JPSalas and Sliderpoint's Work

So all update to those guys that made this table possible.

I liked the look of this better than the real machine so I decided to update it for my cab. 

Updated the lighting for 10.8, Cabinet POV and added F12 menu for sideart to fit cabinet and desktop.

Must use the VPU Remix Patching system

Patch .dif file and POV .ini included in the zip file

After creating the new table file with the patcher name the table and pov file the same and drop it into the tables folder and use vpx 10.8
