World Cup Soccer (Bally 1994) Ref mod

Let me start by saying... AHHHH! 

Yo ref is so ugly, she turned Medusa to stone!  Yo ref is so ugly, when she looks in the mirror, the reflection ducks!  Yo ref is so ugly, she looked out the window and got arrested for mooning.

So this is a sexy mod for the ref on the World Cup 94 VPW table.  It will only work with this table.  Quick disclaimer, this install is a bit tricky, as i've switched to flashers as overlays on VPW tables.  They really should just put me on thir payroll.  😂

To install, open table in editor mode.  Unlock the table.  Add a flasher object in the general area on the ref's face.  Follow my screenshot of all other flasher details.  Note the points of the flasher box can be dragged to make bigger, make it just big enough to capture the face.  Test and save.
