About This File

This is the animated Hadoken intro that debuted in the Street Fighter 2 arcade games (Super Street Fighter 2 to be exact).

 

I had thought that a wheel using arcade graphics from Street Fighter 2 already existed but I guess I misremembered - so I put this together and uploaded it.
