Two versions available for download:   Original with score LED and text. Image pulled from the internet and sharpen for easier reading. 

 

A second version without Replay text and score.  This version has had work done by @BornDead and myself.  Thanks for his work on this version!

Thanks for the instruction card, it's now in my new Pabst Can Crusher 1.23 table, it can be found in the F12 tweak menu. Thanks again it looks great!
