v2.0  complete rebuild
NEW much higher detail image (3k)
NEW all new lighting based on new image

also lit it with my new stern style fluorescent tube lighting
added a grill for two screen setups

cab-ish art on the full dmd

NEW I'm now including DT-res-files.zip file (this is collection of .res files for DT mode players to use my b2s files on there single screens) these were created by @Cliffy
