Animated tarcisio style wheel for @jino0372's Williams table "Wonderland" from 1955 that was released recently at VPF.

Released

Blooming flowers animation was too long, which caused the background loop to be cut after 5 seconds. Reduced bloom animation loop length for a smoother transition. Increased transition time for falling flower petals for smoother transition.
