I'm not super happy with this video, but I was struggling to figure out what else I could do.  I might take another attempt at it later.

 

As it stands, the video is made from the logo on the game's backglass and a jousting clip from a season 1 episode of Game of Thrones.  Due to the short length of the video, it's a little hard to follow what's going on.  The music is "Vox Vulgaris" by Rokatanc.
