No DOF happening on Black Hole (Gottlieb 1981)

I have DOF working fine on all my tables. Updated everything 10.8.0 64 bit, VPinmame, freezy... the lot.

This table has no solenoid feedback. I've tried a couple of versions.  This is not really a complaint, mostly to try learn how to fix stuff. Hence asking here and not in the table comments itself.

Why would DOF not work? I checked DOF Config tool website. It is in there and I've not edited the user section.
Does there need to be something in the script? I know some Gottlieb roms needed updating after 10.8.0 released. But Black Hole wasn't in the updated collection I downloaded.

I am a bit of a n00b at this stuff really.

OK I just tried Hauntfreaks latest one. Very recent upload. It was the 7 digit version. Still no DOF.  I don't get anything, even the cyan LED round cabinet should light up.
