Hello, Im upgraded to 64bits...

Hello, Im upgraded to 64bits, everything works ok except for the flashers that are not transparent/translucent, they are white saturated

 

I have a GTX 1070ti and an old Pentium 9700

 

Any advice will be appreciated.
