Can someone guide me WHERE and HOW to download software required?

Just found this site.  I have some pinball machines in my basement.  Wanted to try out the harlem globetrotter Virtual pin.  

Downloaded what appears to be an executable file, but it wont run.  Says I have version 10.7 and the file was created in 10.8.

 

I was looking under FAQ, but not sure I am even looking in the right area.

 

Is there a way to download version 10.8 to play a VPX file?  Does it cost money?

@dsupica100 you'll need a couple of pieces of software and files that work alongside each other but luckily there is an all in one installer. This will take care of the minimum needed software VPX8, the emulator VPinMAME and the B2S backglass server. 

Then check the Virtual Pinball spreadsheet for the table you are looking for and download the VPX table file, b2s backglass file and ROM. Table and backglass go in to the VPX/tables folder and ROM goes in the VPinMAME/roms folder.
