New for VPX 10.8
Originally intended as an update to my previous Mod of Goldchicco and 32Assassin's table, this turned out to be a full rebuild using Niwak's amazing lightmapper.

Gameplay fixes / updates from previous version:-
-correct top bank targets should now drop under the following conditions:
1. LIT bottom left inlane rollover will drop top left target
2. LIT bottom right inlane rollover will drop top right target
Multiplayer: Dropped targets in top bank should now work correctly, remembering each player's progress

G-O-D advancement starts at G (instead of G-O)
