Spiderman (Stern) (2007) Issues.. Rom Named Correct But Doesnt Work?

All the Stern tables I've gotten so far work fine, so I am following instructions correctly. I downloaded the Spiderman Stern 2007 table and got the ROM and renamed to sman_260.zip and the bin inside to sman_260.bin. But when I launch the table, it says "Machine terminated before initialized, check the rom path or rom file"

 

Everything is in the correct spot since the other Stern tables are correct. Any ideas?
