I wish I could help you, but alas, I am in the same position as you. Unable to either log in, or create a new account. I've tried to get help regarding this issue, but have come back empty handed.

I am building a new computer and trying to install all my stuff, but without access to the dof config tool, I'm afraid I'm stuck.
