Loading Video Problem

For starters let me kick the ball off by saying if I posted this question in the wrong forum I apologize.  My first topic I have ever started.  

 

I have a generic loading video for PinballX that will not load.  I managed to rotate it but the I suspect the video palette size is wrong like other loading videos so how do I correct if possible?  Also can you have a different loading video in PinballX for the table than the backglass?  I can only get a table video for loading going.   Finally is there a way for the sound to play?  PinballX mutes the sound.  Thanks.
