Use table name to address certain toys

Hi I'm Peter,


Now that we are going to move from the Caribbean to Europe I'm serious thinking of building a cabinet once settled, this since some things are just easier to obtain and find there. I have some ideas that I couldn't found with the search option, if they are available sorry I asked and please redirect me to that topic.

My question is: can a signal be sent to a relay to activate a actuator  by identifying the table's by name? I wanna try achieving a clean look on the backbox, therefor I'm thinking of putting some toys like  beacons and blower on an actuator letting them popup only with tables that supporting  these toys in their system.

Rom name is table name isn't it? or at least it specify the table? but how can I use the rom name to let is activate a relays what can activate an actuator? if it is even possible?
