vpx vr (vive headset)

Hello

I am trying to get vpx vr working on my system using my vive headsets.   The problem in a nutshell is the vpx/vpxvr is not recognizing my headsets as a screen.  steam vr is not an option in the 3d stereo selections.  Any suggestions?
