On line config tool not working

Hi 

I'm trying since yesterday to access the online dof configtool but it is not working.

I get the following message: Could not open connection to the Ledwiz database

Any idea?

Same here... spent two days upgrading, the play field is now 4K and added an addressable led matrix and alongside the PF, disappointed I cannot add them to DOF yet.  Might have to see what it would take to code them in manually.

It has been offline again for a couple of days. I was installing my Ledwiz and now I can´t do anything.. Are there any alternatives available?
