Creating a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th account?
VPUniverse.com does not allow the use of multiple accounts. The system uses multiple methods and can determine if an account is a duplicate account. If you are registering an account and the system has detected a previously registered account; the system will may not allow the registration and will ban any associated accounts.

All content on this site is available for free and without a subscription. For this reason; the site uses advertising from a few very select suppliers. This site is designed to detect the use of advertising blocking technologies and may require you to allow the display of ads for this site.

Content Creators may choose to have limited time releases to our subscribers, but will eventually release the content to the public. Purchasing a subscription to this site has it's perks and benefits, but it allows your continued support of this site and the costs it requires to run such a site. Please consider purchasing one of our yearly subscription packages.

Account Sharing is strictly prohibited. Account sharing or accounts appearing on account sharing sites, paid or not, will be banned without notice or refund.

Subscriptions - All subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may upgrade to a higher subscription level, but downgrading or canceling will not be refunded.

Visual Pinball, PinMAME & Future Pinball are freeware software and should not be sold or included on pre-configured machines.  Anyone saying that they have the rights to do so; are doing so without the consent of the creators of the software. 

Visual Pinball & Future Pinball tables are NOT a free-for-all.  Just because this hobby uses content created by pinball manufactures or "abandon ware"; this does not allow anyone to do whatever they freely want with the content created.  Content uploaded to this site is done so by the authors of the content.  It can take teams consisting of multiple people hundreds of hours to release a single creation on this site. 

• Any content downloaded from this site may ***NOT*** be re-distributed, re-hosted, packaged, sold on machines, or sold on pre-configured hard drives. Anyone found doing so will be banned without refund.
• Do NOT upload anything; if you did not create the content yourself or obtain permission from the original creators for modification.

PinMAME - ROMs should NOT be included in any table releases as a package.  This was an agreement reached by the creators of the software and the pinball manufactures. 

Registration Problems:
1. Use of a VPN, TOR or Proxy is not allowed on VPUniverse due to abuse. Please ensure that you do NOT have a VPN active. The system will detect the use of a VPN and registration will not be allowed as well as the account possibly being banned.

2. VPUniverse.com does not allow the use of multiple accounts. The system uses multiple methods and can determine if an account is a duplicate account. If you are registering an account and the system has detected a previously registered account; the system will may not allow the registration and will possibly ban any associated accounts.

3. Disposable / Single use email addresses are not allowed for registration. Due to abuse in the past the system is designed to reject registration if the user is using any such services.

4. Users from Australia and France. We have experienced suspicious activity (DDOS Attacks) from IP addresses based in these countries. VPUniverse checks https://ipdata.co/ when validating a registration. If your IP address has been determined to be part of any DDOS attacks (on any server/site); it may have been reported to https://ipdata.co/. Accounts registering from these countries may require manual verification and approval process.

Reporting:
If you are still experiencing issues when registering; please send a private message to @Dazz#0248 via our Discord. Please include your VPU username and/or email address that you are trying to register with. I try to address these within 24 hours, but responses may be delayed due to real life.  VPUniverse Discord
