SSF stopped working after new Mobo/CPU installed

I just replaced my Motherboard/CPU in my vpin cab and now I can't seem to get SSF working again. I have 7.1 audio setup via my Mobo (ASROCK B650M Pro RS), and I have verified all the speakers/exciters are working correctly. I also verified that VPX 10.7 and 10.8 are configured to use the correct sound device with 7.1 SSF enabled. Pinvol/APO Equalizer are loaded and working as well. Made sure I am on the latest drivers including the Realtek integrated soundcard. Do I need to delete any reg keys, .ini files or make adjustments?  It looks like the pinvolsettings.ini automatically updated with the new soundcard.  I did rename the .ini and started up pinvol again just to make sure, but still no luck.  What else should I be looking at? Are there any logs or configs I can provide that might help troubleshoot?

In case anyone else runs into this problem at some point I ended up getting SSF working in vpx 10.8 64 bit using RC 4.   Still isn't working in 10.7 but I am pretty sure I can get things working again.
