I need something with low input lag, and relatively low price. 39” seems to be the monitor / tv size max. is this overkill? The Seiki claims to do 4k at 60hz so tha tmight be nice in the future. Does VP need 120hz+? It was a lot of reading and I crossed my hearth before plunging my first ball. The problem is that specs by producers doesn't really tell you the essential specs. for gaming. gray to gray etc. isn't a good measurement, only a indication. I expect there exists better alternatives today. But, no - I don't notice any frame skipping. I saw one guy swearing that 120hz where needed because all monitors with less hz had issues. I don't know who needs glasses. Him or me. I doubt he was an expert that had seen all the alternatives out there. Unfortunately there is only one sure way to know. Test. My computer is high spec with a GTX 1080ti GPU, anything I should know about this Monitor as regards to virtual pinball before they ship? You thoughts as an owner would be extremely useful. Thanks! Know that it will default dsp port to 1.1 - which will give you no more than 30 fps. You have to change that to 1.2 and have a proper cable that. ( I might take these numbers and version from my brain - so, don't trust the fully. Just know that you have the change the dsp mode ) You're GPU is slightly stronger than mine. I only have a regular 1080. I don't think you'll regret this buy, if the monitor - of course doesn't have any issues with it when delivered. Oh and yes. This goes for many 4k monitors. You might have to come up with a solution for the fact that the back of the monitors bevel isn't the same in the back. It is kind of thin in the top and bulky in the bottom section. I solved it by attaching a VESA mount to it and then made a flat plate that I let the monitor rest on. I'm sure you figure something out. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
