View File PHISH (2024) I started this MOD as a project for myself but my phriends tell me it needs to be shared so here it is! First of all.... This is a MOD of the Comic Book Guy Table that was a MOD of AbraCaDabra. Most of this is their work and I cant imagine how long it takes people time to write all this alien language but I salute you! I have never Modded anything before and everything I know, I learned painfully over the last two years of setting up my vpin while having my brain programed by scrips. The Music.... Requires PinUp for NailBusters music code to work. Just add the included myMusic Folder to your PUPVideos folder. - Magna buttons will go next/prior song. - HOLD Left Flipper down, then use left/right magna to lower/increase volume. Phish is the perfect band to make a VPIN for because they allow phans to record and share their music. I included about 30 songs. Feel free to grab any show you like, (As a phan I personally keep the recent shows on mine so I can listen to em when my pins in attract.) Over 30 years of free music. View File American Country VPX This American Country Pinball table is a re-skin of AC/DC LUCI (Stern 2013) VPinWorkshop version 1.1. Original table by Stern Pinball. I chose the AC/DC table for my Country Music mod for many reasons. I love the gameplay but sometimes I’m not in the mood for hard AC/DC music. Overall, I've tried to relax the game with country music and related sound effects while keeping the intense gameplay dynamics. I replaced the comical “abusive” AC/DC voice prompts with AI generated Johnny Cash voices. The toys map well to country music themes: Hells Bells to Liberty Bell, train to pickup truck, cannon to gun and so on. In the minigame the metaphor is you fight for freedom instead of against the devil. Instead of a Jukebox, there’s a Playlist with selected songs arranged as twelve different tags that span the themes found in Country Music. As a bonus I provide instructions to replace the Playlist with your own favorite songs. FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY AND NOT FOR COMMERCIAL SALE OR DISTRIBUTION. The American Country VPX pinball game requires a custom version of the acd_170h ROM named to acd_170.zip. This is NOT the same as the acd_170 rom you might find elsewhere, I’m just repurposing the file name. The custom ROM includes sound effects, voices, and music clips. Legally you should get the original Stern ROM and modify it yourself, although I’ve provided a pre-made one (for your reference only 😉) in the downloads. See the CUSTOM ROM readme file for details and instructions. Why a Custom ROM? Typically, VPinMAME lets you replace ROM sounds using altsound. I was not able to get this to work with this Stern ROM (and from my research it may not be possible with the current version of VPinMAME), so instead I have written my sounds directly into the ROM file. (If I am wrong and you know a way to use altsound with this ROM please reach out to me and I’ll redo this!). Thus, I’m using the acd_170 ROM name. Enjoy! View File The Sand Reapers - Assassins of the desert The Sand Reapers are a non existent electronica/rock fusion band. This table is based on their non existent album: Assassins of the Desert. All 14 tracks are included in this table. It uses my stereo system (originally from my Road Trip table, which this layout was built upon,) so you can skip tracks, set to random etc. Tracks were generated by an AI ("Accidental Intersection" between their reality and ours 😛 with the band name and album and year 1999 as prompt.) Track list: 1- Melting Heat 2- Drifting Sands 3- Diving into the shadows 4- Imagining an oasis 5- Hunting the bounty 6- Campfire Ambush 7- Falling in blood 8- How it ends 9- Tired of running 10- Whatever the cost 11- No way home 12- Being a ghost 13- Companion in arms 14- Dunes of wrath Ruleset: Light REAPER targets to open first lock (back left) lock 1st to open second (center/lower left) lock 2nd to open 3rd (lower right) At any time, hit upper center right kicker to release any locks. Release all at once for 4 ball multi across the desert Light SAND targets to light the bumper lamp for 3x bumpers. Light top RUN lanes for bonus multiplier Light in/out lanes for ballsaver. center loop channel doubles point each hit while lit. Light the HUNT letter spots to get some nice points. Hit the H and T targets immediately below the left and right channels while the target is already lit to raise the ramps to access the raised playfield. hit three platform exit triggers to light, then light assassins targets to trigger three ball multiball event. The three triggers remain lit for the rest of your ball. Hitting the lower left and right bumpers or kickers will activate the out lane diverters. Additional notes: This table is coded as a late SS era table, however it has potential for some radical later DMD era ruleset changes, so feel free to mod if you feel inspired and capable. This table, like most of my recent work, is free to mod. I also realise that the simple audio controls share key bindings with some of the bam functions. Sorry about that, the audio stuff was coded long ago, and I don't have the energy to dive back into them right now (though if I ever do, I will add much more controls to them, like volume etc.) The key sharing situation does not impact gameplay at all, so I let it slide. View File Rod Stewart (Mephisto Mod) "If you want my body and you think i'm sexy, come on sugar let me know!" This is my second attempt at modding this particular table, this time around I wanted to do something music-inspired. Please use the included PupPack if you have a third monitor for a backglass loop. In the future, I might add some new features and Pup videos but I wanted to get this out into the world to receive feedback.
