dom69
Hello everyone, I'm really unlucky. this time it's with a 192x64. the pin2dmd works without the colorization files, but as soon as we put the fsq and pal files the screen becomes white. (the screen is all white, it's the photo that makes the lines black)
Content Provider lucky1 Posted February 1, 2021 Content Provider Share Posted February 1, 2021 Problem with the SD card ? Did you try a simple palette file ?
dom69
not yet he is not at home but at a distance. there is no sd card to replace it. ok tomorrow i send him a pal file to try.
dom69
then he has to format the sd, without the colorization files the pin2dmd works. with just the pal file the pin2dmd works without colorization. with the two colorization files the screen is now black with 2 white lines. tomorrow he changes the sd card. What does this mean ? Does it display with the colors from the palette file or not ? Please use this https://github.com/lucky01/PIN2DMD/raw/master/tools/sample_files/pin2dmd.pal Colors should be orange. Is the SD formatted with FAT32 ? ExtFat or others is not supported

Content Provider lucky1 Posted February 9, 2021 Content Provider Share Posted February 9, 2021 O.K. That means the SD is O.K and working. Something seems to be wrong with the colorization files. It also seems that the RGB sequence is not correct. (https://pin2dmd.com/#3)

dom69
Hi, To come back to the 192x64 and the stm which did not drop in price. Can we put a replacement processor in place of the STM32F427VIT6 as on the 128x32? STM32F407VGT6, STM32F405VGT6, STM32F429VIT6 will also work?
