  1. the main thing with the music, we wanted to make something that would look in a folder and play any MP3, so users could ultimately add whatever files they wanted. the original error, is some VR users have their tables in “VR Tables”, where I assume the tables folder is just called “Tables” . So when I do the "Len(musicPath) - 6)" it wont work properly as the Tables folder has a non-standard name. Unfortunately with any type of directory parsing, you may not get a one size fits all solution. This should work on most setups though 👍 thanks for the comment tho! Typically I use the “hi-Rez” method which is similar to what you posted when I have a static playlist of songs.
  2. EDIT: Forgot the rocky subfolder when copy/pasting 😃 Give this a try, on line 288-ish, you can comment out the old "set folder" and just replace it with the direct path for your music. I'll try to get a fix implemented later! 'Set folder = FileSystemObject.GetFolder(musicPath + myMusicFolder) Set folder= FileSystemObject.GetFolder("C:\vPinball\VisualPinball\Music\Rocky")
It’s definitely better than Rocky V, slightly worse than Rocky IV 😄
  3. Restart, unfortunately not...but that's a good idea! To Skip a track, you can use the right Magnasave button 👍
  4. Thanks- my sons a big fan of the show, so really wanted something to help get him hooked....and I love the layout on cosmic gunfight. Not too hard like a DMD may be, but not too slow like an EM
  5. Make sure you have the csmic_l1 rom working In your roms folder it should be: blaze,csmic_l1 you can always adjust cGameName in the script to be “csmic_l1” to verify the Original rom works before you try to alias 👍 edit: here’s a link to original rom if you needed
  6. I'll try to give it a little micro adjustment tommorow and see, tried placing it as low as possible without totally cutting off that light there lol. or I may try to change the blocker to a more circular shape, that could help. Thanks!
  7. Should be all set now, File size matches whats on my machine....thanks again 👍
  8. Oh yea, definitely looks like it didn't upload properly....thanks again for the heads up!
  9. Thanks Guys! Zip works on my desktop, I'll try to reupload, maybe something happened there.
  10. View File Blaze and the Monster Machines **IMPORTANT UPDATE** Please Hit F1 when launching and unselect "Use Sounds" to mute the rom sounds, it looks like ".Games(cGameName).Settings.Value("sound")=0" doesn't seem to play nice with this table Leeeeeeettttt's Blazzeee!😃 We'll maybe not the blaze some of you guys were hoping for, but for those who may have tiny pinballers at home, this table may be a hit for you! @hawkeyez88, @RetroG33kand I wanted to create a table based on one of my toddlers favorite shows. Inside the Zip you'll see the VPX table (10.7), a B2s file, music, and a PUP pack. Special thanks to @Goldchiccofor allowing us to use his beautiful copy of Cosmic Gunfight as a base for this project. Special Notes: * This table requires an Alias, please update your Alias as follows VPinMAME/VPMAlias.txt ----> blaze,csmic_l1 *Left Magna switches audio tracks, there are about 22 various tracks from the show *Right Magna enables "Kid Mode", this sets up a blocker on the middle drain to help with younger players * New DOF configs have been submitted in the tool , just pending review- so be on the lookout for that! The pup includes some of Memo's magic bats to help rearrange the screen depending on your preference, and there are built in LUTs to the table. To change the luts, simply edit it from the backglass menu in VPX editor (lower numbers are lighter contrast, higher numbers darker). We hope you enjoy it!
