  1. Bristol Hills (Gottlieb 1970)_Teisen_MOD

First I would like to thank Loserman76 for the beautiful work... wherever he is playing pinball!

small changes were made only aesthetically

small improvements in the playfield, plastics, lighting, flippers position...  I want to make it clear that the descriptions for the tables I'm sharing are "standard" for all, changes are made when there is a need for some adjustment.

version used, follow the link to the original table

    Wildman B2S

    Adjustments made:

    - Playfield color correction
    - color correction of Playfield lights
    - cap bumpers colors corretion
    - lighting
    - metals
    - screws
    - new white tabs
-new targets in colors according to IPDB and adjustment

    Loserman Description:

    VPX conversion
    Artwork done by GNance
others to thank: JPSalas, Pinuck, hauntfreaks, Borgdog, Arngrim
in addition to the "standard" keys (typically "1" to start game and "5" for coin), I've added "3" as another coin input and "4" for coin and auto-start game (like I recall the dime slots generally were) to simulate 3 coin slots
when game is not in progress, holding down left flipper for about 3-5 seconds will bring up the options menu. left flipper selects item, right flipper changes option.
I've also included shadows for the ball and flippers. If you want to turn them off look for these lines at the beginning of the script:
    Const ShadowFlippersOn = true
    Const ShadowBallOn = true
change to false if you want either of the shadows not showing on your tables

  3. Beetlejuice (Original 2023) DVL Reskin

This is a Reskin of JPSalas Iron Maiden v4.0.0

First i would like to thanks everyone who created the basis for the table, based on Stern´s Iron Maiden from 1982
    - Thx to JPSalas for his Table & allowing mod without permission
    - Destruk for Lights, solenoids & switch numbers and vpinmame parts of the script
    - Thx Flupper1 for LUT Text Display
    - Scutters for Flex DMD Mod
    - Big thanks to JoePicasso for his beautiful 3D models and making them available for the table

Beetlejuice runs the "ironmaid" ROM. To avoid conflict with other tables that based on Iron Maiden Table, like Evil Dead 2 USE a ALIAS, add the following line to your VPMalias.txt:
    ironmaid_btj, ironmaid

By default, Scutters Flex DMD is disabled
By default, LUT is activ, hold down LEFT CTRL while change with RIGHT CTRL

  4. Mustang (Stern 2014)

    Light 'Em Up!

What goes great with pinball?  Speed and Muscle Cars.  What makes it even better?  Great Tunes and a Mustang!

This mighty workhorse was released in 2014 by Stern and features fast action game play and an actual turn table rotating with a Mustang in the middle.

Dozer and team put together a beautiful rendition of this pin a few years back and the lighting and visuals are still top notch to this day.  Of course, some features on older Visual Pinball tables get antiquated and need to be re-mastered / modded with upscaled graphics, physics, sounds, etc. and the VPW libraries never fail to deliver.

Some new goodies were added such as the incredible VR arcade room from Senseless which is a script option and pictured below also as well as a few other options.

All in all, this table received this "tune-up" while at the shop:

    * nFozzy Physics, Fleep Sounds, VR Room, Flupper Domes
    * Lighting Tweaks, Dynamic Ball Shadows, Multi-Ball Cradle Physics
    * Script Organization, Ramp Refractions, Gameplay Balance, PWM Flashers
    * VR Cabinet Assets - Senseless
    * Playfield Upscales - MovieGuru
    * Arcade VR Room Assets - Senseless
    * Arcade VR Room Setup - DGrimmReaper
    * Testing - VPW Team

Thank you to the original authors mentioned both online and in script.
    Dozer, Dark, Stefenaustria, Senseless

Also, a big thank you to the Stern team that created this beautiful trophy.

  11. Nagatoro Pinball (Mephisto Mod)

"You look so pathetic playing pinball, senpai!"

For my first attempt at creating a virtual pinball game, I got permission from the incredible @jpsalas to mod his Mephisto table.  This is mostly just a reskin/retheme of his Mephisto table to reflect one of my favorite new anime series,  Please Don't Tease Me, Nagatoro-San!  The table includes a Puppack which is mandatory at this early stage (I haven't created a backglass).  To install the Puppack, simply put the "Nagatoro" folder inside the zip into your PUPVideos folder.  As I learn more about creating these tables I will most likely make updates to this because I love the overall theme and simple gameplay.  This table was tested on multiple different setups without any crashing, but please let me know if you run into issues that break the game.

  12. Gilligan's Island (Bally 1991)

    Ahoy Skipper!

Gilligan's Island was released by Bally in 1991 with approximately 4,100 produced.  A campy theme with wide appeal and a very simple rule set that makes for a whole lot of fun.

The original Visual Pinball version of Gilligan's looked great from Dark and mfuegemann and rothbauerw further expanded on that version with vast physics improvements.  There were some other areas of improvement that needed to be addressed with some of the modern technologies offered by VPW libraries.  What you will find is a great looking and smoother playing version of this game that makes for a fun flip session!

Here are the improvements and pedigree of this table:

Based on the original Visual Pinball mod from Dark and mfuegemann (2016)
Further refined on rothbauerw physics and subway models
VR Room based on Arvid's standalone VR Room

    TastyWasps
    * nFozzy/Roth Physics, Fleep Sounds, TargetBouncer, VR Room
    * GI Lighting Improvements, Dynamic Ball Shadows, Multi-Ball Cradle Physics
    * Modulated Flashers, LUT Selector, Gameplay Balance
    * Physics - rothbauerw
    * Scripting Tweaks - apophis, Sixtoe
    * Playfield Upscale - redbone
    * VR Upscales / B2S Backglass - Hauntfreaks
    * VR Backglass - leojreimroc

  13. Class of 1812 (Gottlieb 1991) w VR Room

Early in 2021, I received permission from Bigus to update this table and add the VR conversions... originally done by Tom Tower and Ninuzzu.  The VR conversion included backglass, flashers, lighting, GI, and other table issue fixes (high score initials, trough multiball and tilt issue, and others).  I used the Blacksad dark image from his backglass, as it looks amazing.  All the interactivity was done in the script.  Sixtoe did a lot of lighting updates as well, including bloom lighting, overlay, etc.

Version 2.0 includes a hybrid mode for desktop, cab, and VR.  Plus all the latest updates that the VPW team has been doing lately.  It includes Fleep sounds, nFozzy / Roth physics and flippers, and general table physics updates.  It also has Rothbauerw drop targets, VPW Dynamics Shadows by Iakki, Apophis, and Wylte, Flupper Domes, and LUT options.  Bord also added a playfield mesh so the ball goes into the center saucer more realistically.  I also added a recent update by fluffhead35 for ballrolling and ramproll amplication sounds.  Hauntfreaks provided a couple lighter ball images as well.

I also added more VR options to include a wall clock, and additional animation.

There are plenty of options in the script including LUT lighting changes, ball brightness, VR, cab, and desktop modes, dynamic shadows, rolling amplification, and other sound and shadow options.  Also for VR users, you can change to different room environments.

If you get 3 credits each time you add a coin, I put instructions in the script on how to modify your ROM to only add one coin.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy!  And thanks again to all involved!

  15. Beisbol (Maresa 1971)

The World Series is going on, so I was doing some digging in the days leading up to it to see if there were any baseball themed tables I didn’t already have. In the process of that, I found Maresa’s “Beisbol” on IPDB and instantly thought it looked familiar. Turns out to be a clone of Gottlieb’s “Baseball” with some tweaks to the backglass/artwork. A loserman76 version of that table luckily exists, so I did my best to make the necessary changes. I’ll just say that my reference materials were limited (basically just the couple pictures on IPDB) so it might not be a perfect recreation. If anyone coming across this knows for a fact that a detail isn’t accurate or they have the text that belongs on the left apron card, feel more than free to share in the comments. I can’t promise that I’ll implement everything that’s suggested, but it might help someone down the road build a better version in the future or at least people can make whatever tweaks they want after downloading.

I obviously can’t post this table with a specific shout-out to loserman76. It’s a shame he’s not around to keep cranking out EM goodness, but his tables will continue to be enjoyed by a lot of people for a long time. RIP, Jeff.

    ***

List of changes from "Baseball" to "Beisbol" made by me:
    -        Edited the playfield image
    -        Remade the backglass (new images, so had to rearrange/redo the animation snippets)
    -        Changed the plastics from a flat ramp to walls so they look more 3-D
    -        Assigned a material to the base triggers
    -        Changed the color/image for many of the objects on the playfield
    -        New desktop background image
    -        New apron/post-it images
    -        New flipper prims
    -        Tried my best to implement nFozzy physics. First time trying, so I won’t claim that it was done properly/fully. But I’ve at least convinced myself that it plays a little differently than the original without breaking the table, so I call it a win.
    - The table was built in 10.7. So I would recommend not using 10.6 or earlier, but I don't foresee any issue with opening it in 10.8.

    ***

Download includes the VP table, the backglass, and a couple of wheels (one Tarcisio, one not).

The table is free to mod since it started as the free-to-mod "Baseball" table by loserman76. Just be sure to credit the prior authors and please credit me if you use the Maresa flippers or any of the Besibol-specific images. Thanks and I hope you enjoy.

  16. Police Force (Williams 1989) VPW

“573… Be on the lookout. We’ve got a new VPW release on the loose.”

This one has been a looong time coming. A few years ago, gtxjoe stripped this mod of a mod down, added fleep sounds and nfozzy physics, dialed in the ramp—basically did all the VPX specific stuff with a special precision and flare only a VPX O.G. long time veteran like gtxjoe could do. Then Benji went on a long hiatus, possibly never to return.

Was Police Force to be on-hold forever? That’s what it looked like. But then…

Enter Niwak, revolutionizing VPX into the next era. And after seeing what could be done with the new light-baking with Blender Toolkit, Benji had to come back and finish what he started. First, he had to learn Blender. Uh…okay. But that turned out to be doable (with many tips from Tomate, Bord, Flux and more).

And with tons of help from this whole bang-up crew—this tool-kitted version of Police Force is finally out in the wild.

Special thanks to Jon Osborn who let Benji take apart, photograph, and measure a Police Force pin he was fixing up, which is what got this whole project moving forward.

  17. Gemini (Gottlieb) (1978) (BorgDog)(1.0)(VP10)

Found an image of a very dirty stripped playfield and decided to run with it, grunge, dirty, dark, rusty, broken yellowed plastics etc. thanks to hauntfreaks for dirtying it up some more.

db2s is also included. borrowed an options menu from loserman76 and gnance, open options before starting a game by pressing [, allows you to change number of balls and replay levels.

Gedank hit up Astro and was like, "Hey update this playfield."  Astro was like "Aight."  Then Gedank demanded, "Apophis, do some random script stuff" and Apophis said, "Flux haallp!" Flux said (British accent), "With pleasure." Then they all begged Rawd to build an awesome VR room and Rawd was like, "It shall be done." And it was. It was working great then they thought, "This table needs a better DMD"… TWELVE EONS LATER … Oqqsan comes out of the shadows and DROPPED THE F&%KING HAMMER on the code!!!--like he always does. Then other people (Friscopinball, Leojreimroc, MrGrynch, Sixtoe) did some awesome stuff and then they all released it to everyone else.  Enjoy!

  20. Nosferatu 1922 (Original 2023)

    Happy Halloween 2023

NOSFERATU 1922, Is an Abomination of Science! This One Player table is so stitched and scrambled together it should have been called Frankenstein!! Built on the framework of Sands of the Aton, using JP Salas' DMD, This is my Second table, but first  solo project. It was designed and built in Visual Pinball 10.8, in Desktop Mode, using only the 10.8 editor and a 2003 version of Microsoft Picture It (table contains editor physics only...with some elements slightly modified).
This table's Hybridized and Modernized Classic Design has No LUT options, No Magna Save, No "Traditional" Ball Save, and NO TILT OUT!!! - I want it to look the way it does ...Frustrate YOU ...and I want you to beat the crap out of it, After all it IS A MONSTER ...and this is Halloween 2023!
This table is true to the movie also,There is no garlic, and  no bats, just the facts, Only the SUN can kill this shape shifting demon!
There is also ...no alternate desktop background, no wheel, no B2S...Please make one if you like...
BEWARE! The Seed of Belial!! THE VAMPYRE!!! NOSFERATU!!!!!!!!!!!

but most of all... have FUN!!!!

    NOSFERATU 1922 RULES

With my manual ball lift tables, you can press whatever key you have configured to start a new game (typically a "1") or the "A" key to load the ball to the shooter lane
Alternatively, in the options menu (when a game is not in play, hold the left shift key for 3 seconds to bring it up) you can set it to auto-lift the ball
