New / Re-Worked seamlessly looping topper video for Gorgar (Williams 1979) VPX table.

Also included a new wheel image and a sound fx track to load with the topper to add the burning flame sound effect to the topper.

This along with the new authentic B2S I recently uploaded - this completes all the screen files for the Gorgar table.
